Returns & Exchanges
What are the conditions for a return or exchange?
Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition, with tags intact and packed in original packaging. Returns and exchanges must be raised within 30 days of delivery.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Email us at hello@subtlestore.com with your order ID and the product you'd like to return or exchange. If it's an exchange, let us know which product you'd like instead.
How will my refund be processed?
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method. If you paid via UPI or credit/debit card, your bank may take a few additional days to reflect the amount. If you paid by COD, you will be required to share your bank/UPI details for the same.
What items are not eligible for return?
We don't accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery, or on orders raised beyond 30 days of delivery.
