Returns & Exchanges

We craft every Subtle piece with care, and we hope you’ll feel that in every thread.
But if something’s off, we’re here to make it right.

Return Eligibility

We currently accept returns that are:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Packed in original packaging with tags intact

Exchange Policy

Need a different size or shade?
We currently do not support direct exchanges. You can return the item (if eligible) and place a fresh order for the new one.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@subtlestore.com with:
    • Your order number
    • The item you want to return
    • Reason for return (so we can do better next time)
  2. We’ll reply within 24–48 hours with the next steps.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
  • In case of prepaid orders via UPI or credit/debit card, banks may take a few extra days to reflect the amount.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items worn, washed, or damaged post-delivery
  • Orders raised beyond 30 days of delivery
