Shipping Policy

We ship with care. 

Same day delivery: Orders placed from Bangalore before 3pm have the option of being delivered the same day.

Express shipping: For orders pan-India, it will take anywhere from 2-4 business days (does not include Sundays and public holidays). Thoughtfully packed, carefully dispatched, no shortcuts.

Standard shipping: For orders pan-India, it will take anywhere from 4-6 business days (does not include Sundays and public holidays). Thoughtfully packed, carefully dispatched, no shortcuts.

Tracking your order

You'll get tracking details once your order is on its way. And if you need anything, just reach out at hello@subtlestore.com. We're always around.

Cancellations

We allow cancellations till your order has been shipped. Please write to us at hello@subtlestore.com.

If for any reason the product has been shipped by the time you cancel, no worries. We will try our best to cancel or you can just return the product once you receive it and get a full refund. 

Partial COD

To help us keep our shipping efficient, we require a small upfront payment for Cash on Delivery orders. Please note that this upfront payment is non-refundable if the product is denied or rejected at the time of delivery.
