Shipping Policy
All shipment timelines (processing, dispatch, and delivery) are calculated using business days only. Sundays are a weekly off for our fulfilment and logistics partners, and are not counted toward shipping timelines.
- Same day delivery: Orders placed from Bangalore before 3pm have the option of being delivered the same day.
- Express shipping: For orders pan-India, it will take anywhere from 2-4 business days (does not include Sundays and public holidays). Thoughtfully packed, carefully dispatched, no shortcuts.
- Standard shipping: For orders pan-India, it will take anywhere from 4-6 business days (does not include Sundays and public holidays). Thoughtfully packed, carefully dispatched, no shortcuts.
Tracking your order
You'll get tracking details once your order is on its way. And if you need anything, just reach out at hello@subtlestore.com. We're always around.
Cancellations
We allow cancellations till your order has been shipped. Please write to us at hello@subtlestore.com.
If for any reason the product has been shipped by the time you cancel, no worries. We will try our best to cancel or you can just return the product once you receive it and get a full refund.
Partial COD
To help us keep our shipping efficient, we require a small upfront payment for Cash on Delivery orders. Please note that this upfront payment is non-refundable if the product is denied or rejected at the time of delivery.
COD orders
COD (cash on delivery) may not be available at all times. All COD (Cash on Delivery) orders are processed and shipped only after COD verification is completed. Orders pending verification will not be dispatched until this step is cleared.
Serviceability
- Orders are processed and shipped based on the serviceability of our logistics partners to your pincode/location. In case of a serviceability issue, our team will get in touch with you directly to resolve it.
- If a COD order cannot be serviced by our regular logistics partners and needs to be shipped manually via an external courier, the order will need to be converted to a prepaid order before it can be dispatched. Our team will reach out to you in such cases.
