You can track it from the tracking URL we sent you on Whatsapp & Email. If it’s en route, we’ll show you exactly where. If there’s a delay, we’ll let you know.
How long will delivery take?
In Bangalore, we offer deliveries within 2-3 days. And we deliver only in Bangalore.
Do you offer same-day or express delivery?
Not yet. We’ll be launching same day delivery options soon.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If the order hasn’t been picked up yet, yes. Just drop us a note at hello@subtlestore.com.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
As long as it hasn’t been shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate. Reach out quickly.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email, what now?

Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
You can return the products within 30 days of delivery as long as they are unused, in original condition with the tags intact.
How do I exchange a size?
Email us within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in original packaging.
Is return shipping free?
Yes!
How long does it take to process a return or exchange?
Once we receive the item, it usually takes 3–5 working days to process.
Can I return something bought during a sale?
Sale items are not eligible for return unless damaged.

How do I find my size?
Head to our Size Guide. Our tees are tailored to fit, close, but not clingy.
Do your tees shrink?
Very minimally, if cared for right. Cold wash. Air dry. No tumble.
What’s the fit like?
Tailored. Not tight, not oversized. It follows your frame without forcing it.

We don’t shout about it, but we do work with low-impact dyes, responsible manufacturing, and minimal packaging.
Care Instructions
How should I wash my tee?
Cold wash. Inside out. Gentle cycle. Air dry. No bleach. No softeners. Just simple care.
Can I tumble dry it?
We recommend against it. Heat wears out cotton faster. Air drying is gentler, and better.
Do I need to iron it?
If you dry it flat and smooth, most wrinkles ease out. If needed, iron inside out on low heat.
